Roger P. Schad
Commissioner

Commissioner Schad has been a resident of Bay County since 1983 and retired in 1995 from a career in Banking spanning 42 years. He is a graduate of Auburn University with a BS in Education and holds a Master Degree from the University of Richmond in Business. He is currently serving his third term, having been re-elected in 2001.

He is a Past President of the Lynn Haven Rotary Club, board member of the Bay County Small Business Incubator, member of the Advisory Council of Haney Technical Center and board member of Peoples' First Prime 55 Advisory Board and a certified S.C.O.R.E. (Service Corp of Retired Executives) counselor.

He is the originator of the Lynn Haven Summer Concert series and secures private funding to bring the concerts to the citizens of Lynn Haven.
