• A current driver's license and social security number is required for each account holder.
• The following fees must be paid up front for addresses located within the City limits: $50 non-refundable connection fee, $100 refundable deposit.
• The following fees must be paid up front for addresses located outside of the City limits: $62.50 non-refundable connection fee, $100 refundable deposit.
• The $100 deposit is refundable as follows:
• After 48 months of service, your account will be reviewed. All accounts with a good payment record throughout the entire 48 months will receive a full refund of their $100.
• The $100 deposit will be applied toward your final bill in all other cases.
• We accept cash, checks or money orders only. No credit cards.
