CRA Board Members
In 2004, the City Commission declared that the Commission shall sit ex-officio as the governing body of the Agency, in accordance with Section 163.357 of the Florida Statutes. The Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem of the Commission serve respectively as the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Agency. The Agency is authorized to use all of the powers conferred on it by the ACT that are necessary to carry out and effectuate the principles of community redevelopment and related activities within the City.
