BEITRESOLVED thattheappropriate officers oftheCity areauthorizedto 
executeanddeliver onbehalfoftheCity thatcertainAgreementbetweentheCity 
and the BoardofCounty Commissioners for BayCounty,Florida,relating to the 
City’spaymentoffifty percent(50%) ofthecosts incurred bythe County’s issuance 
ofthree task orders toRaftelis Financial Consultants,Inc.associatedwithwater 
andwastewaterratestudiesbeingundertakenforthebenefitoftheCity andCounty,
inanamountnottoexceedSixtyTwo Thousand,FiveHundredDollars ($62,500);
insubstantially theform attached as ExhibitAandpresented tothe Commissiontoday,with such changes,insertions or omissions as may be approvedby the Mayorand Interim City Managerandwhoseexecution shallbeconclusiveevidenceofsuch approval.
