Patrol is home to the first responders for police service calls. Officers are committed to serving the community through the effective response to citizen calls for assistance; leading efforts in enforcing the laws and protecting citizens in Lynn Haven.
Staff
The Patrol Division is led by Lieutenant Steve Enfinger and is generally considered the backbone of the Lynn Haven Police Department because it is made up the largest group of Officers. The division consists of Patrol and the Traffic Unit. This team’s effectiveness is measured every day by the variety of calls officers must be prepared to answer and the effectiveness with which they handle each call.
Responsibility
Our Officer’s respond to reports of crime, conduct traffic control and enforcement, as well as coordinate efforts with the investigators who are called upon to follow up on many cases that originate from patrol’s calls for service.
