The Lynn Haven Bayou Park & Preserve is located at 4800 County Rd. 2321. This $15M park held its Grand Opening in 2021. The 98 acre Bayou Park and Preserve is the only preserve-like park in Bay County east of the Hathaway Bridge. The project was put together by a partnership with the Trust for Public Land and the Department of Environmental Protection and was gifted to the City of Lynn Haven.

This is a pet friendly park and all dogs must remain on-leash and under the direct control of owners at all times.
The Deed restrictions put in place by the Trust for Public Lands for the Lynn Haven Bayou Park & Preserve do not allow parties, weddings, or organized events within the property boundaries of the park. This restriction does not include educational related events such as school field trips.

Restrooms - 4 different ADA compliant restroom facilities are located throughout the park and are open and cleaned daily.
Primitive Beach Kayak Launch with a kayak wash rack.
Outdoor Classroom - Designed to provide ample space and scenic views for student field trips to learn the importance of protecting our natural resources.
Playground - unique playscape with a climbing structure representing the Panama City Crawfish, a net tower, swing, spray fountain, and more.
Picnic Pavilions - The park has multiple picnic pavilions along the waterfront of North Bay and McKitchens Bayou.
